Since I graduated a year early (class of '73) I missed yours, however I have been granted special permission to attend this (class of '74) 30-year reunion.

Sandy (Hoffman) and I were married in Sept. of 1974 so this is our 30-year wedding anniversary also. We have stayed in Ames (live just north of town) and have loved living here. Ames is a great place to live and work.

I continue to own and operate a collision repair business that has been part of Ames for 42 years. We decided not to have children early in our marriage. Sandy works at Iowa State University in the Printing and Publications Dept.

I enjoy bow hunting and travel all over North America in search of Big Game and Waterfowl adventures. In the off months I head to the British West Indies for some of the best scuba diving on the planet.

My brother lives there and operates a dive shop so that's how that got started.

We'll see some of you around town and hopefully will see the rest of you in July 2004.
